Based on a prison criticism, the Justice Division stated in an Oct. 27 submitting that 43-year-old John Anthony Miller left a number of threatening voicemail messages for a U.S. senator’s workplace between Oct. 11 and Oct. 19.

Miller was arrested Thursday and now faces a cost of threatening a federal official.
